How do I track my package ?

Once you’ve made your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that will allow you to track your order status. 

How long does shipping take ?

We process orders (except custom made gear) within 1-3 business days, then ship. We carefully assemble all packages and check that all of your ordered products are placed as requested. All packages can be expected to take up to 14 business days. If you need your gear faster you can choose our Express options which will get to you within 5-7 business days depending on your location.

Where do IBEX products ship from?

We have two special collections that are made and assembled in 2 parts of the world. All of our Ibex collection shipments are sent directly from Vancouver, Canada and our Tarantula collection is sent directly from Israel. 


Duty and Customs

Some countries require you to pay duties and taxes for purchases bought overseas. Please check your countries requirements before placing an order.

Do we offer warranty ?

A 100% YES. Our gear is designed and manufactured to be worn by some of the world’s toughest combat soldiers and special units in some of the world’s toughest environments.  The gear that we offer is built to be able to withstand heavy usage. All of our products carry our warranty that ensures that if you received it with any defect we will stand behind it 100% and fix or replace it, without a problem. Our warranty does not cover abusive behaviour or any situation where the product has been used for a different purpose than what it is made for. Please be advised that our gear is not protective gear against knifes, bullets, fires, guns and rockets!


What if I didn't receive my package ?

If your order was not received in the estimated time, please email us at support@ibextactical.com  and we will do our best to get back to you within 48 hours to let you know the status of your package.

Can I get my package faster ?

We do offer an Express shipping option and it is done via DHL Express. Due to the cost it is only available to some geographical locations. Once you check out you will see if you have an express option. 


What if I receive a defective product ?

In case such a thing happens, let us know immediately at support@ibextactical.com and we will gladly replace it for you with no extra charges including shipping. Please be advised that uniforms and items that may have slight blemishes as part of the manufacturing process is not considered a defect. Blemishes do not affect the performance, wear, or the durability of an item. We cannot accept returns and exchanges for these reasons. Normal wear and tear, damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, or the natural breakdown of colors and material over time, are not considered a manufacturer defect
